He was married firstly to Sabiha N; secondly, in 1928 (divorced 1930), to Lulwa, daughter of Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaihri (her second marriage); thirdly, in 1930, to Sheikha Hussa Al-Sabah; fourthly to Mastura, daughter of Amash Al-Adwani; fifthly to Mudhi, daughter of Abdul Rahman Al-Rumi; married sixthly, in 1949, to Sabika (ex-wife of Mishari bin Hilal Al-Mutairi; †2015), daughter of Ibrahim Al-Midkaf. He had issue.
