After an inheritance dispute between Fadrique and his cousin, Luigi Moncada, the High Court tribunal ruled in 1751 that Fadrique was the heir to Bivona, Caltabellotta, Sclafani, Collesano, Adernò, Scillato, Caltavuturo, Ribera and Moncada. He received investiture in 1753.
