Alix de Savoie
(–>1099)

Biographical

A charter from 1099 states that Alix donated property with her husband, Boniface, to a monastery. Her existence has been called into question by Szabolcs de Vajay who suggested that she was invented to validate Boniface's claim to Turin, although he had a valid claim via his mother.

Daughter of Pierre I de Savoie and Agnès d'Aquitaine. She married Boniface del Vasto, and had issue.
