In 1374 Humbert's uncle, Amédée VI of Savoy, granted him the lands belonging to Guillaume de la Rochette. In 1392 he was imprisoned by the Marquis of Montferrat, but was released through the intervention of the Prince of Acaia.


Place of death: Castle of Montmélian

Son of Humbert I, bâtard de Savoie, and Andrée d'Arvillard. He was married firstly to Marguerite de Mouxi, with issue, and secondly to Katharina von Kles in 1401, with issue.
