Biographical
After her father's death in 1825 Maria Vittoria was sent to Chambéry
to complete her studies.
She was granted the title of princess of Savoy-Carignano, and was re-admitted
to the order of the Savoy succession by royal decree in 1834.

Daughter of Giuseppe di Savoia-Villafranca and Paoline de Quélen
