As heir of his father, he received Randazzini and Pedagaggi by deed from the Order of Jerusalem in 1574, and was invested in 1576. He succeeded his mother to the fief of Verbumcaudo in 1584, but did not receive investiture.

Son of Girolamo Bellacera and Eleonora Spinola. He married Susanna N.
