Biographical

His grandfather was General-en-Chef Kornilii Borozdin. He participated in the 1807 Campaign in Poland and Guttstadt; Russo-Swedish War 1808-09; at Aborfors and Borgo; siege of Sveaborg, 1808; battle at Helsinge, 1808; Ostrovno and Borodino; Bautzen and Katzbach; Leipzig, 1813; Metz, Craonne, Laon and La Fère Champenoise; Hundred Days, 1815. He was the brother of Mikhail Borozdin and Andrei Borozdin.[C25]
