Biographical
Domenico was gaoled in a military prison for insubordination. His sister
Rosa had requested
an audience with King Vittorio Emanuele to plea for her brother's release.
Domenico was later granted an administrative position at the estate of
Mandria by the King.
Son of Giovanni Battista Vercellana and Francesca Griglio.
