Frances Earnshaw

Biographical

Frances marries Hindley Earnshaw before mid-September 1777, and arrives at Wuthering Heights with her husband after Mr Earnshaw's death in October that year. She dies in late 1778 or early 1779 from consumption after giving birth to Hareton. Her death brings about her husband's moral decline.
