Hunt (1662-1705)[F76] Biographical Singer, lutenist, and music teacher.[F76] Daughter of Richard Hunt (gentleman and landowner, †1679) and Elizabeth (possibly Bell).[F76] Her sister Elizabeth and Eusebius did not reach adulthood.[F76] Probably the 'mistress Hunt' who sang in the court masque Calisto in 1675.[F76] Married James Howard in 1680, but after six months, she discovered that he was in fact a woman named Amy Gomeldon (†1683), a widow whose husband had been Arthur Poulter.
