Sigrada
(–c. 678) Biographical Sigrada became a nun at the Notre-Dame-de-Soissons in her widowhood and after the death of her sons. It had been founded by Ebroinus, the mayor of the palace, and enemy of her son, Leodegar. This may have affected her position there. Her feast day is the 8th of August. Daughter of NN and Chagnatrude? (Faronids 5484) and brother of Dido, she married Bodilon, and had issue. |
